When you book with us, we require your payment information (Credit card) prior to scheduling your booking. A hold will be placed on your card the day before your service and you will NOT BE CHARGED until after the cleaning is completed.
A deep cleaning is for first time customers or customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in the past 8 weeks or more. Pro Service NSW will clean your home thoroughly hence most of our customers are 100% satisfied with our deep cleaning service.
Yes we are registered NDIS service provider.
Simply fill our booking form on our website. We will arrange time for inspection to be suited to your schedule then you will receive our quotation within 1 business day post inspection.
Yes definitely, we have a team of experienced cleaners who have passed the required checks (i.e. Screen Check for NDIS ,WWCC and Police Checks) prior to performing any type of services.
Yes Absolutely , most of our clients are not at home when the cleaner is performing the service. You are most welcome to pass the key to the cleaner for your convenience.
Yes , if you book for an ongoing or regular cleaning service then we will assign a cleaner of your choice for the duration of your service.

Of course our cleaners are pet-friendly. We recommend you to let us know when you are booking with us.
Yes, Our cleaners use the most suitable equipment and chemicals to match your cleaning requirement. (MSDS will be provided as your further request).
We have no lock in contracts hence you can cancel anytime you want.
However, we do ask for 24 hours notice for all cancellations.
Please note: If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be required 50% of the selected service fees.
